The role
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and help provide attentive, clear and inclusive hospitality.
Main responsibilities
- Handle check-in, check-out and guest assistance throughout each stay.
- Manage bookings, requests and communications across multiple channels.
- Coordinate daily with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Promote local experiences and services.
