The role
The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line user support, helping ensure the quality and continuity of digital services.
Main responsibilities
- Handle requests through tickets, phone calls and remote support.
- Configure workstations, accounts and applications.
- Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Update operational guides and the knowledge base.
